43 ENSUF proposals recommended

43 proposals will be invited to submit full proposals in the ERA-NET Cofund Smart Urban Futures (ENSUF) call.

Following the ENSUF expert panel meeting in Krakow in May and eligibility checks, 43 of the 183 eligible proposals have been recommended to be invited to submit a full proposal by the respective Funding Agencies participating in the ERA-NET Cofund Smart Urban Futures Call (ENSUF) call. The proposals were discussed and decided upon at the Expert panel meeting with a panel consisting of both academic experts and practitioners.

– We are very glad that 187 proposals were submitted in March and that 43 proposals of them have succeeded to the next stage. The applicants that are going to submit full proposals have concepts with great potential and we are looking forward to see their full proposals says Johannes Bockstefl from the ENSUF Call Secretariat.
The topics in the ENSUF call are: 1) Concepts and strategies for smart urban transformation, growth and shrinkage 2) New dynamics of public services and 3) Inclusive, vibrant and accessible urban communities. The invited full proposals are to be sent in until September 2016.
