The 18th of September marked the official deadline for submitting a pre-proposal for the second JPI Urban Europe Pilot Call 2013. In total an impressive 145 pre-proposals were submitted, each significantly varying in approach and focus. An Expert Panel now has the challenging task to discuss and evaluate these proposals on the 22nd and 23rd of October. After this first assessment successful consortia will be invited to submit a full proposal by the 21st of January 2014.
