At the end of this month the final results of the second JPI Urban Europe Pilot Call will be published on the JPI Urban Europe website and in a press release. During a two days Expert Panel meeting in Vienna the decision was made that ten applications can be funded.

The second JPI Urban Europe Pilot Call was  launched on the 18th of June 2013. Two broad Call topics were defined:
1.     Governance of urban complexity
2.     Urban vulnerability, adaptability and resilience

The Call Secretariat (FFG and NWO in cooperation) received 145 pre-proposals. After the assessment of an Expert Panel in October 2013, a number of 38 successful applicants were invited to submit a full proposal by the 21st of January 2014 (12:00 CET) using the FFG eCall submission system. The deadline of the proposals was 21 January 2014, 37 applications were submitted. On 18 and 19 March the proposals have been evaluated by the JPI Urban Expert Panel in Vienna.
