AGORA workshop about Positive Energy Districts at the Urban Future Global Conference in Lisbon

European cities are key actors in achieving energy and climate targets. The implementation of Positive Energy Districts (PEDs) serves as an ambitious and valuable contribution to achieving these crucial targets – the PED Programme aims to support the planning, large-scale implementation and replication of 100 PEDs by 2025.

To set up a fitting agenda for Research & Innovation, the PED Programme aims to collaborate closely with cities and urban stakeholders. We therefore invite city representatives, real estate developers, energy providers, building associations, and civil society institutions etc. to the PED AGORA Workshop on April 3rd in Lisbon to discuss strategies towards the European-wide implementation of PEDs, to bring in their experiences and perspectives and reflect on current activities, challenges and success stories.
