The European Commission has started an online consultation on Horizon Europe, the next European Research Framework for 2021-2027. The aim is to co-create major parts of Horizon Europe and include well stakeholder views.

To emphasise the importance and relevance of sustainable urban development and related R&I issues, take the opportunity and answer the consultation which is open until September 8.

The consultation will collect input from across Europe and beyond. The inputs received will inform the work to prepare a ‘Strategic Plan’ for Horizon Europe, which will then guide the work programmes and calls for proposals for Horizon Europe’s first four years (2021-2024). Overall, the consultation will help identify impacts, spark debate and new ideas.
