November 8–10, participants from both ERA-NET Urban Transformation Capacities (ENUTC) calls, including the Building Transformation Call (BTC), will gather in Delft in The Netherlands for inspiration and mutual exchange, onsite and online. Projects from the co-funded call will meet for their mid-term event, and the projects who are to be selected for the BTC call will see each other for a kick-off. Wednesday afternoon the funding agencies will meet for a Consortium meeting, and there will be a possibility for the projects to meet up separately. Thursday will be dedicated to the joint mid-term and kick-off event, and Friday morning will revolve around a Strategic Agora Dialogue, onsite in The Hague. The days will revolve around the theme of the new call – what art and design mean for urban transformation.
Purpose
Project partners in the co-funded call will meet for a mid-term gathering, and the projects who are to be selected for the BTC call will meet for kicking off together. Project partners from both calls are jointly invited to participate for inspiration and mutual exchange.
The purpose of the joint event is to:
- provide a forum for exchange for all projects within the ENUTC calls,
- have strategic discussions and exchange on impact assessment (mid-term),
- inform about ENUTC communication, support activities and requirements for the coming years
- report on your projects’ research so far (mid-term),
- foster consortia spirit and a sense of community, and
- networking.
The Strategic Agora dialogue will include in-depth conversations and a wider spectrum of participants.
Aim
The event will facilitate exchange and community building among the projects and their project partners, support measures for projects to strengthen communication and impact creation, and inform about formal requirements on monitoring and reporting, and guidelines and support activities. The event will also connect the projects to a wider stakeholder community.
For whom
Project coordinators and project partners are invited to the joint mid-term and kick-off event, as well as the Strategic Agora Dialogue. In order to build a multi-stakeholder community for the ENUTC, project partners from municipalities, business, local communities and research are encouraged to participate in both events.
Please note, 2-3 representatives from each project are expected to participate in the meeting.
