Kick-off-Meeting of the SET Plan Implementation Working Group on Smart Cities and Communities (Positive Energy Districts)

The purpose of this meeting is to establish a governance structure for the SET Plan Working Group on Smart Cities, which will work towards the implementation of positive energy districts in Europe, and to agree on the first organisational steps.
