The PED Framework proposed by the PED Programme Management has been discussed and acknowledged widely. We thank all national delegates and stakeholders for their input so far. The key results of the discussions have been integrated in a document titled “White Paper: PED Reference Framework for Positive Energy Districts and Neighbourhoods. Key lessons from national consultations” and an updated version 2 of the PED Framework. Elaboration of a strategy towards operationalisation of the PED Framework is now a priority.
On basis of the “White Paper” and PED Framework version 2, the PED Programme invites national delegates and stakeholders to discuss and co-create strategies and next steps regarding the operationalisation of the PED Framework.
Indicative Agenda:
- Key findings of PED Framework version 1 national consultation process
- PED Framework version 2 and key questions to be further discussed
- Group sessions elaborating PED Framework operationalisation strategy
- Discussion of group results
- Definition of next steps
All documents will be provided to the participants in due course before the workshop.
Results of the workshop will also serve as basis for the PED AGORA Workshop 3 April 2020, Lisbon.
