Announcement: 5 projects recommended for funding in Building transformation capacity through arts and design (BTC-ENUTC)

In the additional ERA-NET Cofund Urban Transformation Capacities (ENUTC) call: Building transformation capacity through arts and design (BTC-ENUTC), art and design are the focal point as a means for urban transition. The national funding agencies, from 5 countries, have agreed on a list of 5 projects recommended for funding.

The call focuses on the building of transformation capacities with new perspectives to make the urban transition really happen, by going beyond the usual procedures, and by being more innovative and creative. Art and design are the focal point as a means for urban transition, and the call’s scope is to emphasize the importance of imagination, creativity and the cultural sector.

Six funding agencies from Sweden, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, and Romania have agreed on the projects recommended for funding. The projects kick off in Delft, November 9.
