Making climate services a reality in Europe is a two-day conference that will bring together 100+ climate researchers, policy-makers and industry experts as well as city and regional actors to showcase how climate data can serve both cities, regions and business. The conference will focus on climate services for energy, mobility, future cities, health, agriculture, water, tourism and disaster risk reduction.
The conference begins on 13 November at 12:00 (CEST) with lunch at the marketplace, closely followed by the opening session. Different topics will be discussed throughout the afternoon. The day concludes with a reception at the marketplace until 19:30. On 14 November, the guests should arrive by 9:00 am for new rounds of thematic sessions. After the closing session and a small lunch break (until 2:00 pm), the attendants will have the opportunity to visit a site (place to be determined).
